Maintenance for 200+ rental units, tracked in one place.

Before

Maintenance requests, inspections and contractor jobs across hundreds of units were hard to follow, and it was not easy to see what was still open at each property.

What I built

Tasks are grouped by property and move through maintenance, inspection and compliance steps. Staff and contractors are assigned with a clear status, each task can hold several photos to confirm the work, and Twilio handles text messages. Filters keep a long task list manageable.
